Work with me! What you’ll get: 

  • A set amount of undivided attention. We’ll work together to determine how much time and how to use it most effectively: in-person training (if local to western Connecticut), virtual conversations (email, text, videochat), or in education. Ideally, we’d be in-person so you get the most personalized interaction and feedback during training.
  • Homework. This is a journey for you to improve toward your goals, so I will task you with trying new things and seeing what works best for you in these weeks. What this might look like: trying new recipes, hitting your step goal, hydration tracking, reading for new perspectives, or food journaling.
